How to book a car?
To book a car or a van, please fill in the required details such as your name, contact information, and the number of participants and submit the booking form. After we receive your booking form, we will send you PayPal invoice to your email for a small deposit which is required to secure your booking. You can choose to pay the PayPal invoice with PayPal account or credit card. After we receive your deposit payment, we will send you confirmation email and voucher. And for the remaining balance will be settled on tour departure in cash.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund Policy
Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more prior to the departure date.
Refund Amount: 100% of the payment will be refunded.
How to Cancel
Contact Method: Notify us through email, phone or WhatsApp.
Provide Details: Include your booking reference number, name, and the tour date in your cancellation request.
Confirmation: Ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation and refund processing.
Example Scenarios
Scenario 1: If your tour is scheduled for June 10th, you need to cancel by June 7th to receive a full refund.
Scenario 2: For a tour on December 15th, the latest you can cancel and still get a full refund is December 12th.
Refund Processing
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within a specific timeframe (typically 5-10 business days) after the cancellation is confirmed.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
