Itinerary

• Your English-speaking guide will pick you up from your hotel in Chiang Mai in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.
• Enjoy a scenic drive through the northern Thai countryside. The trip takes approximately 3 hours.
• On the way we will stop at Mae Khajan Hot Spring, a popular rest stop for travelers. Here you can soak your feet in the warm mineral waters of the hot spring pools.
• Arrive at Wat Rong Khun, also known as the White Temple, Wat Rong Khun is a contemporary, unconventional Buddhist temple designed by artist Chalermchai Kositpipat.
• Here you can admire the intricate white architecture and sculptures symbolizing purity, walk across the bridge of “the cycle of rebirth,” representing the crossing over from the cycle of death and rebirth to the land of Buddha. Visit the main hall, which contains beautiful murals.
•  Lunch at a Local Restaurant
• Continue the tour to Wat Rong Suea Ten, known as the Blue Temple, it is famous for its vivid blue color and modern design.
• Visit the main hall to see the impressive white Buddha statue and detailed interior paintings.
• Arrive at Wat Huay Pla Kang, a large complex featuring a striking 9-story pagoda and a massive statue of the Goddess of Mercy (Guanyin).
• Visit inside the Guanyin Statue, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding area from the top.
• Begin the journey back to Chiang Mai, with optional short rest stops along the way.
