Deposits and Payments
If total price is less than 2,000 Baht, full payment is required.
If total price is between 2,000 – 7,000 Baht, the amount of 2,000 Baht will be required as deposit.
If total price is more than 7,000 Baht, 30% of total price will be required. The balance can be paid on your tour departure.
Thai Kingdom Tours accepts Paypal as the No. 1 payment gateway. Paypal offers convenience and security for cashless payment, as you only need to provide your credit card information without the requirement for further identification documents. Thai Kingdom Tours also accepts other payment methods including Credit Cards, Western Union Transfer and Bank Transfer.
Cancellation should be received in writing document by email. If a tour participant cancel his/her reservation the following fees will be applied:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 20% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 40% of the entire tour price will be deducted or forfeiture of deposit.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted or forfeiture of deposit.
A refund will normally be made within 14 days after receiving cancellation mail and using the same method as the original payment. No refunds are possible for No-Show.
Any changes (date, tour, etc.) made to the original booking before 14 days prior to tour departure date will be free of Charge. Any changes made to the original booking between 1 - 14 days, there will be a fee to cover communication and administration costs. However, any amendment is subject to availability.
Children below 3 years of age are complimentary but must travel together with an adult.
